I dati personali eventualmente forniti dall’Utente saranno trattati dal titolare del trattamento Fattoria Castelvecchi SAS, con sede in Località Castelvecchi
53017 Radda in Chianti (SI), Italia, P.IVA 00801930520 (di seguito il “Titolare”), con strumenti prevalentemente automatizzati, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 – Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali, in relazione agli eventuali servizi disponibili sul sito web www.castelvecchi.com (di seguito il “Sito”) e per dare corso alle richieste dell’Utente stesso.

 In particolare: per fornire le informazioni e l’assistenza eventualmente richiesti dall’Utente. A tali esclusivi fini i dati dell’Utente potranno essere comunicati a soggetti e operatori contrattualmente legati al Titolare (quali centri di assistenza tecnica, operatori Internet e delle telecomunicazioni) e saranno portati a conoscenza dei Responsabili (se designati) e degli Incaricati del trattamento nominati dal Titolare e dai suddetti soggetti.

Diritti dell’interessato.
7. Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti.
1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile.
2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere l’indicazione:
a) dell’origine dei dati personali;
b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento;
c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici;
d) degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’articolo 5, comma 2;
e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati.
3. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere:
a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati;
b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati;
c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato.
4. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte:
a) per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;
b) al trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale.

Informazioni generali sui cookie.

I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che i siti visitati dall’utente inviano e registrano sul suo computer o dispositivo mobile, per essere poi ritrasmessi agli stessi siti alla successiva visita. Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 – Code regarding the protection of personal data.

Any personal data provided by the User will be processed by the data controller Fattoria Castelvecchi SAS, based in Castelvecchi – 53017 Radda in Chianti (SI), Italy, VAT number 00801930520 (hereinafter the “Owner”), with mainly automated tools, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 – Code regarding the protection of personal data, in relation to any services available on the website www.castelvecchi.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and to process the User’s requests.

In particular: to provide any information and assistance requested by the User. For these exclusive purposes, the User’s data may be communicated to subjects and operators contractually linked to the Data Controller (such as technical assistance centers, Internet and telecommunications operators) and will be brought to the attention of the Managers (if designated) and of the appointed Data Processors by the Owner and by the aforementioned subjects.

Rights of the interested party.
7. Right to access personal data and other rights.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

General information on cookies.
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on their computer or device 

mobile, to be then retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies from sites or web servers other than the one they are visiting on their computer or mobile device (so-called “third-party” cookies).
