Our tasting is designed for those who truly want to pause: a slow moment, in good company, with a selection of organic Chianti Classico wines produced exclusively for the guests of the borgo, paired with a Tuscan charcuterie board — customisable to your taste.

Elegant and fragrant, an expression of Sangiovese in its natural home. Ripe red fruit, dried flowers, a long and clean finish.
